We're delighted to offer free delivery across the United Kingdom on every order — no minimums, no conditions. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Orders processed within 1–3 business days
Order Processing
Once you place your order, our team gets to work right away. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). During busy periods such as sales, holidays, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times to the United Kingdom are as follows:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays. While we work hard to deliver every order as quickly as possible, these times are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track My Order page.
Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to fully update.
Shipping Costs
Delivery is free of charge on all orders shipped to the United Kingdom — there are no minimum spend requirements and no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are unable to amend an address once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because no one was available to receive it, additional shipping fees may apply to redeliver your order.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please get in touch with us at support@oliviachelsea.co.uk and we'll investigate right away. We ask that you wait at least 3 business days beyond the maximum estimated delivery time before contacting us, as most delays are resolved within that period.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@oliviachelsea.co.uk with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
At the moment, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand to other destinations in the future — be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.
